San Francisco employers must display the city's minimum wage poster in each workplace in English, Spanish, and Chinese, and in any other language spoken by at least 5% of the workforce. San Francisco employers (whether or not the employer receives city contracts) must pay employees the city's higher minimum wage rate for work performed within the boundaries of San Francisco. 

San Francisco employers also must post a notice informing employees of their rights to paid sick leave.
