ILLINOIS MINIMUM WAGE NOTICE
All employers must post the
official poster “Your Rights Under Illinois Employment
Laws,” in a conspicuous area in the workplace where
employees can see it.
Information listed on the poster includes the Minimum
Wage Law, Wage Payment and Collection Act, Child Labor
Law, Equal Pay Act, Victims’ Economic Security and
Safety Act (VESSA) and the One Day Rest in Seven Act.
The
poster may be printed on regular 8 1/2 X 11 paper.
