The
Employee Classification Act requires all
employer/contractors and subcontractors that have one
or more individuals not classified as employees
(i.e., independent contractors) post"Notice To Individuals Performing Services
for Construction Contractors" in the workplace and
at each jobsite. The notice must be posted in English,
Spanish and Polish beginning January 1, 2008.
