The Reference Manual Only option includes the hardcopy manual only without Web services (excludes forms, newsletters, employee handbook template, new hire packet, etc.). The manual contains more than 400 pages of easy-to-read text that is written in a question-and-answer style, and covers everything employers need to know to stay in compliance with state and federal employment law. Printed updates to the manual – issued throughout the year and mailed to your place of business – are included in the cost. The manual is in a 3-ring binder and is just the right size for any business person’s desk drawer.
